Your professional experience & specialist expertise are key to the success of the business. You are a positive representation of the company & play a key role in the group. You focus on you & can earn high levels of income, whilst also having the flexibility to manage yourself
Leading Consultant
Run Rate: 180,000
You will be introduced to leadership and management with support along the way to learn the balance of being a high performer whilst leading others. You make a mark in the group by consistently hitting targets yourself, whilst mentoring others, you need a minimum of 3 to get Team bonus. Once your mentee has reached Executive they join the engine room to delve their own path at T27.
