In the demanding field of recruitment, mental resilience is crucial, and providing support both inside and outside the workplace significantly enhances job satisfaction and productivity.
Implementing initiatives such as a
dedicated well-being officer further demonstrates a commitment to employee health.
We encourage a culture of continuous improvement. we are not saying we have it nailed! we want to continually improve both the business and the culture so if you have a suggestion drop it to HR and you could see it in action..
Fostering a culture of mutual respect and professionalism is fundamental to our success as a team. This practice not only enhances productivity but also cultivates a positive and harmonious work environment.

A fun fact about Kerrie
I am animal obsessed! One summer we had 70 pigeons in a shed and I would lock myself in the shed for hours after school to hold and hand feed the new chicks. My sisters also constantly tell the story of when I got my head stuck in my guinea pigs cage because I wanted to see from their perspective Not my finest moment!
Aim as Chief Happiness Officer
I love to be CHO!
I have a good idea of what everyone likes to do for fun and I’m happy to cater to everyone (in turn) but also recognising not every activity is everyone’s thing.
I have learned the hard way - the more people involved, the harder it is to get plans to work so preparation is key
When I organised karaoke, I was able to wrangle a few into it with the promise they wouldn’t have to sing and it was still so enjoyable for everyone, regardless of whether they were drinking or singing.
I have lots of different relationships across the offices, i will be able to organise events with the social secs to suit the majority, if not all, and for those who aren’t particularly interested in something, I can promise them a laugh and a good time regardless!
I am approachable and personable and aim to keep an eye on new starters to make sure everyone feels included.
There are a lot of tiktok trends that would be ideal for the offices and i hope to grow that channel alongside Jack.
Overall, I feel like I know how to pick people up (individually and as a team) and can recognise when people or the offices need someone to help with morale and team building.
Our T27 Social Secs are the ones in "the know" Company event, trip or training they have all the details if you forget.
Each month they endeavour to do one thing for the office or one thing with the office! Perhaps its topping up the coffee pods and putting milk in the fridge or shouting everyone breakfast just because! They also know about all the "unofficial" "official" events (the directors only dream of getting an invite) and encourage team bonding both on and off the pitch!

As a newly appointed T27 Social Sec AND Dubai resident, my aim is to bond us as a brand-new office and explore our incredible new city together. The first couple of months will undoubtedly be daunting so we’ll be taking advantage of everything Dubai has to offer to ensure we all settle in style.
Did somebody say beach club?
A fun fact about Pedro
I went to 4 different primary schools in Year 4. Crazy I know! But I learnt a lot in the process. I'm also the coolest guy in T27.
Aim as social sec
I want everyone to look forward to the socials and feel like they can't miss out. To do things and have experiences that they wouldn't usually have outside of T27.

Aim as social sec
Organising fun stuff is top 3 favourite Jenny things to do. Having something to look forward to at the end of a busy term is important and I'm excited to take that on board and keep everyone happy and connected
A fun fact about Tyler
