We are big on wellbeing and promote a healthy work life balance. Recruitment takes a lot of mental strength and we are here to support you both inside and outside of the workplace with a dedicated wellbeing officer.
We are a team & it is important to respect each other and the business. Respect the business opening hours and don't be late - no one wants that awkward chat! respect yourself & the workplace.
We encourage your ideas, we are not saying we have it nailed! we want to continually improve both the business and the culture so have a suggestion drop it to HR and you could see it in action.
Remember why you started.
Like any skill it is never as hard than at the beginning, it will take perseverance, tenacity and hard work so dedicate yourself, give yourself the best opportunity you can. We will support you and cheer you on but in the end it comes down to only one thing - You!
All our workplaces are modern, fun and generally near coffee! We spend a lot of time together so its important to keep your workplace clean & tidy & your personal hygiene on point.
We don't have stuffy offices and we don't expect you to feel stuffy either, long gone are the suits! Business casual is encouraged.
A fun fact about Kerrie
I am animal obsessed! One summer we had 70 pigeons in a shed and I would lock myself in the shed for hours after school to hold and hand feed the new chicks. My sisters also constantly tell the story of when I got my head stuck in my guinea pigs cage because I wanted to see from their perspective Not my finest moment!
Aim as Chief Happiness Officer
I love to be CHO!
I have a good idea of what everyone likes to do for fun and I’m happy to cater to everyone (in turn) but also recognising not every activity is everyone’s thing.
I have learned the hard way - the more people involved, the harder it is to get plans to work so preparation is key
When I organised karaoke, I was able to wrangle a few into it with the promise they wouldn’t have to sing and it was still so enjoyable for everyone, regardless of whether they were drinking or singing.
I have lots of different relationships across the offices, i will be able to organise events with the social secs to suit the majority, if not all, and for those who aren’t particularly interested in something, I can promise them a laugh and a good time regardless!
I am approachable and personable and aim to keep an eye on new starters to make sure everyone feels included.
There are a lot of tiktok trends that would be ideal for the offices and i hope to grow that channel alongside Jack.
Overall, I feel like I know how to pick people up (individually and as a team) and can recognise when people or the offices need someone to help with morale and team building.
Our T27 Social Secs are the ones in "the know" Company event, trip or training they have all the details if you forget.
Each month they endeavour to do one thing for the office or one thing with the office! Perhaps its topping up the coffee pods and putting milk in the fridge or shouting everyone breakfast just because! They also know about all the "unofficial" "official" events (the directors only dream of getting an invite) and encourage team bonding both on and off the pitch!
A fun fact about Lauren
I used to train at the home of British gymnastics in Lilleshall
Aim as social sec
I took on this role as I’m friendly with everyone and I love a fun activity.
Additionally, I’m not afraid to ask for things or have discussions with people in the office about what they do/don’t fancy doing.
my aim is to get everyone in the office enjoying activities outside of work that they wouldn’t normally do… maybe someone will find a new hobby! .
A fun fact about Ernest
I was born and raised in Belgium for 8 years
Aim as social sec
As the new social Sec overtaking my successor Darrell I have not just one aim but several, beginning with the bond of all staff in Manchester, this is hard for any work environment but I believe this is something we can achieve, I also want to make it a safe space for everyone to be themselves so that they feel like they belong here which in turn will effect their work output.
A fun fact about Sam
I was born in the Cayman Islands and have learnt how to hold sting rays in the wild.
Aim as social sec
Is to ensure Bristol holds onto its title as the closest office in the company and to make sure that we have opportunities to bond as a team and let of steam in a fun and inclusive way.
My favourite thing in our office is the eclectic mix of personalities, it does not stop us from getting on as well as we all do!
Something people may not know about T27 is the dedication to the importance of mental and physical wellbeing which is promoted through many benefits that we are able to take advantage of.
A fun fact about Sarah
I can always split the G
Aim as social sec
As a newly-appointed T27 Social Sec AND Dubai resident, my aim is to bond us as a brand new office and explore our incredible new city together. The first couple of months will undoubtedly be daunting so we’ll be taking advantage of everything Dubai has to offer to ensure we all settle in style.
